As our teams begin their pre-season work, we look forward to the fast approaching official start to the ACAC Men’s and Women’s soccer season. Taking place at the Comet Stadium, teams will be heading south for ACAC Championships hosted by the Lethbridge Polytechnic Kodiaks on October 24-26.

Lethbridge Polytechnic Kodiaks are proud to announce that they will host the 2025 Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) Men’s and Women’s Soccer Championships, set to take place from Oct. 23-26, 2025, at the state-of-the-art Raymond Comet Stadium.

Japhet Kipkosgei made a splash in his cross country running season debut. The second-year University Arts student finished first among ACAC male competitors at Running Room Grand Prix #1.

Kristian Lyon, a fourth-year goaltender, played a significant role in helping the Red Deer Kings Hockey team earn gold at the ACAC Men’s Hockey Championship.

Owen Stewart’s standout performance at the ACAC Indoor Track Championships has earned him top honours, and his impressive results helped propel his team to the podium!

Ashlee Walker has had an outstanding first season in ACAC Indoor Track, filled with records and medals.

Nikki Charlton, the Championship MVP, was a leader and steady force for the SAIT Trojans as they defended their futsal title for the second straight year.

Lakeland Rustlers

Fifth-year left-side Lana Matthews finished her season on fire for the Lakeland Rustlers, earning Tournament MVP honors at the CCAA Women’s Volleyball Championship.

Medicine Hat Rattlers

João Nascimento was a key piece in the Rattlers’ championship-winning season, helping the team secure ACAC gold with a 4-2 victory.

Red Deer Kings

Colby Nemeth, a six-foot-five power hitter, has been instrumental in the success of the Red Deer Polytechnic Kings Volleyball team this season.

SAIT Trojans' Paul Ouano has made history once again, defending his Men’s Doubles Nationals title for the second year in a row. His victory in 2025 not only earned him another Gold Medal but also marked his fourth CCAA gold between the doubles competitions and Team ACAC wins.
