The following tie-breaking procedure will determine standings if two or more teams are tied. The tiebreaker procedure will be followed until the ranking of all teams involved in the tie is complete:
- Head-to-head between the teams involved in the tie
- Goal Differential between the tied teams
- Total goals for each round-robin
- Fewest goals conceded for each round-robin
- Coin toss
The following tie-breaking procedures will be applied, in order, until the tie is resolved when two or more teams are tied across multiple divisions.
Note: for wildcard selection, only third-place teams from each division are compared
- Winning percentage
- Head-to-head results between the tied teams (if applicable)
- Goals for/against ratio between the tied teams (if applicable)
- Total goals scored in game(s) amongst the tied teams (if applicable)
- Fewest goals allowed per game (average)
- Goals for/against ratio across all divisional games
- Total goals scored across all divisional games
- Fewest goals allowed per game (average) across all divisional games
- Coin toss
ACAC Futsal Championships
- The top two (2) teams from each division, as determined by the final regular season standings, will qualify for the ACAC Championships. Wildcard teams (max. 2) or the designated host institution will be awarded the final two playoff spots if not within the top 2 of their division.
- Wildcard team(s) will be determined by winning percentage and tie-breaking procedures among teams that have not automatically qualified for the Championship.
- All qualifying teams will be seeded based on their final standings, overall winning percentage, and the ACAC tie-breaking procedures.
Day 1
Bracket 1
- Game 1: Seed 4 vs Seed 5
- Game 2: Seed 1 vs Seed 8
Bracket 2
- Game 3: Seed 3 vs Seed 6
- Game 4: Seed 2 vs Seed 7
Note: The host institution may request a primetime game slot. If this requires swapping games between brackets (e.g., Game 1 with Game 3), the corresponding paired games (Game 2 and Game 4) must also be swapped to preserve bracket alignment. Bracket integrity will be maintained by ensuring both matchups from each bracket remain together in the game order.
Day 2
- Game 5: Loser of Game 1 vs Loser of Game 2
- Game 6: Loser of Game 3 vs Loser of Game 4
- Game 7: Winner of Game 1 vs Winner of Game 2
- Game 8: Winner of Game 3 vs Winner of Game 4
Day 3
- Game 9: - Loser of Game 8 vs Winner of Game 5
- Game 10: - Loser of Game 7 vs Winner of Game 6
- Bronze: Winner of Game 9 vs Winner of Game 10
