Rattlers fall 4-1 to the Kings

It was a beautiful October afternoon in Medicine Hat as the Medicine Hat College Rattlers played host to the visiting Red Deer Polytechnic Kings in the regular season home finale.  Cristobal Lisboa Tapia, in the 12th minute and Jaeden Swartz, in the 14th minute gave the visitors a 2-0 lead at the half.  Swartz scored again in the 47th minute, and Ardeep Singh scored in the 74th before Felix Danquah scored in stoppage time to make the final 4-1 Red Deer.  With his 2 goals on the day, Jaeden Swartz was named the ACAC Player of the Game for Red Deer, while Ross Wilder and Sloan Dykema, both playing in their final Rattlers home games, shared the honour for Medicine Hat.  The Kings move to 4-1-4 on the season while the Rattlers fell to 0-6-3.  Both teams wrap up their regular seasons next week.
