Lloydminster, AB - In the final game of day one, the Lethbridge Kodais made their debut against the Huskies. Keyano was looking to bounce back after being soundly defeated by the Trojans earlier that day.

The Kodiaks got on the board early, thanks to Khloe Jankowiak and Gracee Valgardson. Marissa Mestre had a pair in the first half, leaving the game tied after 25 minutes.

In the second half, Natalie Orellana scored for the Huskies, and Jordy Wright and Megan Morrison put the Kodiaks ahead, which they were able to clamp onto and hold in a 4-3 victory. Jankowiak and Mestre were the POG's.
