The Wolves hosted the Concordia Thunder for a weekend series at Hansen Field. The Wolves were welcomed to a home crowd with some Thunder parents also making the trip to Grande Prairie.

A tough first half with both teams eager for the win. The Thunder were quick to score and take a 1-0 lead. #14 Caleb Musa found the back of the net at the 8th minute. The score would remain 1-0 after 45 minutes.

Second half action was packed with great defense, resulting in a few yellow cards. #11 Jacob Kwizera from the Thunder scored the only goal of the second half at the 51st minute. NWP played hard however was unable to find the back of the net. Concordia would win the match 2-0.

Player of the Game for the Thunder was #3 Luis Burke.

Player of the Game for the Wolves was #4 Michael Authenac.
