SHERWOOD PARK, Alta. - Matt Zima scored twice as the NAIT Ooks men's soccer team defeated the Lakeland Rustlers 4-1 on Sunday afternoon at Strathcona Athletic Park.

The Rustlers were the first to strike in this one as Giordano Ciccacci scored early in the game to put the Rustlers up 1-0.  The Ooks swiftly responded with two quick goals, one from Matt Zima and one from Isaac Ayolade to put NAIT up 2-1 at halftime.

In the second half, Matt Zima was awarded a penalty kick which led to his second goal of the game increasing the Ooks lead to two. Cristian Lima added one more goal before the end of the match as NAIT won 4-1.

"It was another good battle against a well-organized team. Our lads played well, considering they played less than 24 hours ago. It was a gutsy effort in the heat," said Ooks' head coach Charles O'Toole.
