Men's Basketball TKU Eagles V. MHC Rattlers

On November 8, the King's University Eagles Men's basketball team took on the Medicine Hat College Rattlers at 8:00 p.m. in the King's University gymnasium. 

In the first quarter, Rattlers had a good start with 23 Cooper Ward making many fantastic shots and rebound shots, 10 Ethan Robinson making two great shots, 14 David Hamilton with tremendous hook shots, 8 Jordan Biggar with a save with a dunk, and great defense overall from the team. Eagles played great offense with great passes with 17 Evan Castle who made many fantastic shots and Joshua Povhe with a marvelous three-pointer.

In the second quarter, the atmosphere was intense, tight, and heated since both teams put in fire into the fight. Rattlers played hard defense and 23 Cooper Ward once again made many noteworthy shots, 21 Fredrick Kabore also made many terrific shots, 10 Ethan Robinson made a remarkable three-pointer, and 7 Colby Anderson made a great layup right before the quarter ended. Eagles played a tight game with notable offense 17 Evan Castle playing a great quarter by making many great shots, three-pointers, and blocks, 11 Joshua Povhe making many impressive three-pointers, along with 5 Gaberialle Ostermayer. 

The third quarter was tight and fierce with both teams striving for the win. Rattlers 7 Colbey Anderson made many great shots, along with 8 Jordan Biggar, and 14 David Hamilton made many awesome plays and shots. Eagles 9 Jonathan Barwegen made tremendous shots, 2 Seth Parker played amazing hard defense and made a notable layup beating the buzzer, 17 Evan Castle had another fantastic quarter since he made many marvelous drives, shots, and a three-pointer.    

The fourth and final quarter had the crowd biting their nails and sitting at the edge of their seats as both teams played with fire and fury for the tight win. Rattlers 10 Ethan Robinson played a great quarter making many great drives and shots, along with Eli Kollar and 8 Jordan Biggar, 23 Cooper Ward made many amazing passes giving his teammates an opportunity to drive and shoot. Eagles 9 Jonathan Barwegen made many noteworthy shots, 10 Logan Den Oudsten played fantastic defense stealing the ball for a breakaway layup, and 7 Benjamin Thess made an astounding three-pointer.

With high liveliness in the gym's atmosphere, both teams did a fantastic hardworking job in today's game.
