Lightning Cruise to Victory Over the Lions

The Lightning and Lions both came out strong each team exchanging bucket for bucket. The Lightning starting duo was a tough pair to beat though with number 7 Brock Dewsbury with 17 points and number 13 Averie Armbrister with 17 points. The Lightning extended the lead to 20 points to end half. The third quarter had the Lightning hungry for the win and their cohesive team play proved it. The Lightning came out with an explosive third quarter scoring 32 points and the Lions 15 points. Averie Armbrister number 13 led his team to victory with an impressive 21 points and the new leading all time scorer for the Lightning. The Ambrose fought hard in the fourth but it was no match for the explosive Lightning. The Lightning finished the game with 108 points and improved their record to 11 wins.
