On the last day for the regular season, the Lakeland College Men's Basketball team hosted the Concordia Thunder. Due to the last day, it is, of course, senior night for Lakeland's four seniors Terrell Murdaugh, Akeem Phillips, Ricardo Joseph and Paul Smith-Profit.
The Rustlers would have to fight a strong Concordia team and it would show they would drop the first quarter 22-17. The Rustlers will look to continuing what they were doing to keep them in the game.
The Rustlers would come back with strong pressure and aggressive defence. they would take the lead in the middle of the quarter and ride it out for the rest of the half finishing the half with a 41-40 lead at the half.
The start of the second half would be a slow one as both teams struggled early. But the Thunder would take the lead back with aggressive defence and strong rebounding the Thunder would head into the 4th quarter with a 62-54 lead.
The Concordia Thunder would continue to build on there lead taking the final quarter of the game 84-74
