Congratulations to William ‘Bill’ H. Hendsbee on his appointment as Justice of the Alberta Court of Justice
Edmonton, AB (October 9, 2024) - Congratulations to William ‘Bill’ H. Hendsbee on his appointment as Justice of the Alberta Court of Justice.
The ACAC is incredibly proud to celebrate the success of former Commissioner Bill Hendsbee, who served the conference for 19 years. Bill was officially sworn in as Justice on Friday, October 4th, 2024, in Edmonton's Courtroom #317.
Mark Kosak, ACAC Chief Executive Officer, shared: “Bill was wonderful to work with. He was a former athlete at the University of Western Ontario, which gave him a special connection to our conference."
Throughout his tenure, Bill was known for his dedication, professionalism, and strong leadership, making a lasting impact on the organization and the broader ACAC community.
Mark Kosak and Kelly Schmidt, ACAC Coordinator of Finance & Administration, were honored to attend the Swearing-In Ceremony in Edmonton, where Kosak added: “It was inspiring to hear everyone speak so glowingly of him—his integrity, kindness, fairness, and remarkable analytical skills.” Bill’s heartfelt tribute to his wife and children at the ceremony was a testament to his character.
The ACAC is grateful for his years of service and wishes him continued success as he begins this prestigious new chapter of his career.
