ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Nolan Moes closed out his ACAC career in unforgettable fashion, cementing his name among the conference’s all-time greats. The fifth-year standout became just the seventh ACAC student-athlete to surpass 1,000 career kills, finishing with an incredible 1,014 total kills—placing him seventh in ACAC history.

Moes delivered a dominant performance in his final home weekend against a tough Briercrest Clippers squad, earning Player of the Game honors on Friday night as he hit his milestone moment. He now joins an elite group of ACAC and Lethbridge Kodiak legends, including Carter Hansen (1st all-time, 2015-2020, 1,370 kills) and Dax Whitehead (2nd all-time, 2014-2019, 1,167 kills).

But Moes wasn’t finished. He also recorded four service aces, bringing his career total to 152—moving him just ahead of Hansen and securing the fourth spot in ACAC all-time service ace rankings.

A true leader and difference-maker for the Kodiaks over the past five seasons, Moes' impact will be felt long after his final game.

GAME ON: A GLIMPSE AHEAD
With Lethbridge ranked second in the South and seventh in the CCAA, he and the Kodiaks now set their sights on a championship run at the 2025 ACAC Men’s Volleyball Championship in Lloydminster (Feb. 20-22).
