TKU Eagles v. UAA Vikings Women's Volleyball

On January 26 , King's University Eagles women's volleyball took on the Augustana Vikings at The King's University Gym. 

With high anticipation, the Eagles and Vikings were ready to go head-to-head at 6 o'clock. 

In the first set, a beautiful ace was made by Eagles 15 McKenna Schrader, and the Eagles had many good plays throughout the set. Many great serves were made by Vikings 8 Shaelyn Boyes and many good plays were made by the Vikings. The Vikings won the set 25-20.

In the second set, the Eagles had fantastic communication and many good plates along with Eagles 10 Kylan Finseth making two great aces. The Eagles won the set 25-10.

In the third set, again, there was great communication and plays from the Eagles with 5 Abigail Birkolz getting a nice ace. Eagles 17 Mackenzie Bruce had many great kills. The Vikings had great communication and plays. The Eagles won the set 25-18.

In the fourth set, many great plays from both teams and great communication as well. The set was intense but in the end Vikings won the set 26-24.

In the fifth set,  again great plays were made by both teams, and great communication from the Vikings. The Vikings won the set 15-12.

Sets won 3 for Augustana

 Sets won 2 for TKU Eagles

With high liveliness in the gym's atmosphere, both teams did a fantastic hardworking job in tonight's game.
