The Queens wasted no time quickly gaining an early lead, leaving the Kodiaks a few points behind. The Queens extended their advantage to a staggering 13-point lead, prompting the Kodiaks to call a timeout. Kodiaks #9 Irina Korovina of the Kodiaks showcased her defensive prowess with 2 digs and contributed 1 kill, while Queens #9 Jaiden Ferguson led the Queens with 3 kills and 1 dig. The Queens ultimately closed out the set decisively, claiming it 25-9.

The second set saw a determined effort from the Kodiaks to mount a comeback, keeping the score close early on. The Queens, once again, started with a small lead, but the Kodiaks kept the score tight throughout the majority of the set. Quincy Price (#16) of the Kodiaks contributed 3 crucial digs, while Francesca Sandini (#4) of the Queens showcased her defensive skills with 3 digs. The Queens, determined to close out the match, opened the gap further, leading to a Kodiaks timeout. In the end, the Queens sealed the deal, taking the set 25-13 and winning the game with a dominant 3-0 performance.
