Rustlers sweep Kodiaks!

Lakeland Continues to roll since their lone loss to King's Halloween wekeend.

The Rustlers hosted the Lethbridge Kodiaks Friday evening, a team looking to get to .500 on the season. THe first set was as one-sided as any this season, with Lakeland winning 25-9. Avery Bates paced the Rustlers offensively with 6 points.

In the second, Lakeland was in a rare situation, down 8-4 to start, but rallied to win 25-18. The third started competitively, beofre strong served helped the home side pull away 25-17.

Setter Jana Laing and Kodiaks middle Shane Fowlie were the Players of the Game.

Next for the Rustlers is another home date, this time against the Ambrose Lions on Saturday.
