GPRC Host Double Header Against LAKELAND Rustlers

Wolves welcomed the Lakeland Rustlers to their gym for a pair of weekend games. The Wolves hosted the RBC Make Some Noise for Mental Health event tonight. Wolves fans made a sea of white and cheered on the Wolves with noise makers. Along with the event came 120 bike riders, riding for 5 hours, showing support for Mental Health.

The first set ended 25:20 for the Rustlers. #9 Boehm for Lakeland and #11 Fiest for the Wolves both showed up with 4 kills during the set.

Second set was a crowd pleaser, the set went back and forth giving the crowed lots of opportunity to use their noise makers. Both teams dug deep and the set eventually needed extra points. Lakeland eventually coming out on top 29:27.

Wolves could not execute the offensive and the Rustlers ran away with the 3rd set 25:11. Rustlers win 3:0.

Player of the Game for the Lakealnd Rustlers was #10 Madison Blain with 7 kills and 5 blocks. For the GPRC Wolves #11 Samantha Fiest with 4 kills.

Both teams are back in action tomorrow at 1pm.
