NAIT Ooks Edge Out a Pressing Eagles Squad

The NAIT Ooks started the game off strong when #2 Sarah Weremczuk scored the team's first goal, which was assisted by #7 Ally Martineau. The Ooks continued to play a strong offensive game, as #6 Lamisi Sirett and #12 Angelina Quaia scored their team's second and trhird goals respectively. Kahlan McDonalad (#9) secured a goal for the King's Eagles, which helped raise morale for the team. Throughout the rest of the first half, the Eagles played a strong defensive game and battled the Ooks for control of the ball.

The second half of the game was tense, as both teams tried to control the field. The Eagles and the Ooks both showecased their endurance and determination throughtout the period. Near the end of the game, #12 Angelina Quaia scored the final goal of the game for the Ooks (assisted by #4 Sasha Pietramala).

The final score of the game was 4-1 for the Ooks. Both teams played a good game, but the Ooks' strong start to the game allowed them to secure the win. 

The player of the game for the visiting NAIT Ooks was #9 Terra Alymichuck, and the player of the game for the King's Eagles was #3 Lauren Palmer.
