The NWP Wolves welcomed the Lakeland Rustlers to CKC field for a second game of the weekend.

Mariah Kyllo opened the scoring 1 minute into the match, scoring on a penalty kick. The Wolves were hungry to get the win. The defense played tough, and it was too much for Lakeland as the Wolves scored 2 more times before the half was over. #15 and #13, Meghan and Shenae, for the Wolves found the back of the net at 27 and 41 minutes. The first half would end 3-0 for NWP.

Lots of exciting action in the 2nd half. Both teams played hard, back and forth, however the scoring remained nil.

The game would end 3-0. Player of the Game for the Lakeland Rustlers was #8 Sloanne Cannon and for the Northwestern Polytechnic Wolves #8 Jayden Murphy.

Wolves are back in action next weekend against Keyano.
