GPRC heads out in the rain today to play against the Keyano Huskies.

The rain did not stop the dedicated wolves fans who came out to cheer as they sat under tents.

 

32 minutes into the game, Sydney Embleton fought to get open and was assisted by Emma Close for a goal.

Both teams continued to fight hard for another goal and roughly 20 minutes later Jayden Demchuk comes off the bench and scores the wolves second point.

The huskies fought hard to get a goal all the way through to the end of the game, however the wolves take the win and finish their first home opener with 2 wins.

 

Player of the Game for GPRC was #9 Danja Fredrickson and for Keyano was #14 Blanca Palavecino.
