Dux's 2-goals help lead NAIT past Voyageurs

LAC LA BICHE – Morgan Dux scored 2 goals, leading the NAIT Ooks to a 4-0 victory over the Portage College Voyageurs at the second ACAC Futsal North Regional, held at the Bold Center Friday, February 2 at 6 p.m. Irelyn Spelt and Sasha Pietramala also scored for the NAIT Ooks.

The top three teams from the two regional tournaments will qualify for the ACAC Championships on March 8-10 in Lac La Biche.

Frosia Ambanousdis the goalkeeper for Portage College received Player of the Game for her efforts and Sarah Weremczuk of the NAIT Ooks took home the Player of the Game honours.
