EAGLES SOAR TO VICTORY OVER OOKS

LAC LA BICHE – Led by Zoe Gerein's two goals, The King's University Eagles bested the NAIT Ooks 3-0 at the first of two ACAC Futsal North Regionals at the Bold Center Saturday afternoon. Lauren Palmer also scored for the Eagles. The result brings the TKU's record to 2-0 while the Ooks drop to 1-1. Team records will carry forward to the next regional tournament, to be held at the Bold Center February 2-4. The top three teams from the two regional tournaments will qualify for the ACAC Championships March 8-10 in Lac La Biche.
