HUSKIES ROAR IN CONVINCING WIN OVER VOYAGEURS

LAC LA BICHE – Harleen Singh, Natalie Orellana and Rofyda Hkaleel each scored twice, leading the Keyano College Huskies to a 12-0 victory over the Portage College Voyageurs at the ACAC Futsal North Regional at the Bold Center Saturday afternoon. Natalie Gray, Marissa Mestre, Luca Van Rijn, Nicole Gauvin, Madison Tyson, and Khloe Webber also scored for the Huskies, who improved to 3-0 in the tournament. The Voyageurs dropped to 0-3. Team records will carry forward to the next regional tournament, to be held at the Bold Center February 2-4. The top three teams from the two regional tournaments will qualify for the ACAC Championships March 8-10 in Lac La Biche.
