Rustlers beat Rattlers 9-1

In a Saturday night matchup at the Moose Rec Centre, the Medicine Hat College Rattlers faced off against the Lakeland College Rustlers in a game filled with intense action. Despite both teams struggling with penalties, the game was intense and filled with back-and-forth action. The Rustlers led 4-0 after the first and 7-1 after the second. The Rattlers couldn't overcome the Rustlers' strong play, and they found themselves on the wrong side of a 9-1 final score.

The teams return to the Moose Arena tomorrow afternoon to finish up a three game weekend set.  With two teams playing each other this many days in a row, fireworks can be expected.

In a penalty-filled game, #19 Jade Bleau shone for the Rattlers, showcasing remarkable skill, while #17 Ellie Baril led the Rustlers with impressive playmaking.
