TKU Eagles V. BC Clippers Women's Basketball

On February 9, King's University Eagles women's basketball took on Briercrest Clippers at The King's University Gym. 

With high anticipation, the Eagles and Briercrest Clippers were ready to go head-to-head at 6 o'clock. 

In the first period, fantastic defense from both teams. The Eagles had many great passes and rebounds. Eagles 5 Ella Majeau and 15 Jordana Rivet made two beautiful three-pointers. Clippers 14 Hope Jordens had many great hook shots. Eagles won the period 20-10.

In the second period, again great defense and passes from both teams. The Eagles had fantastic offense and communication throughout the period. Eagles 19 Aneilia Ayotte played fantastic post and 15 Jordana Rivet had a stunning layup. The Eagles won the period 36-28.

In the third period, great defense again from both teams. Eagles 19 Aneilia Ayotte great post again. Clippers 9 Dori Sunderland great drives and layups. Eagles won the period 47-43.

In the fourth period, hard and fantastic defense from the Clippers. Clippers 8 Amber Fichtner ha great hook shots as well as 9 Dori Sunderland. Eagles had great passes. With an intense end the Clippers won the game 64-63.

With high liveliness in the gym's atmosphere, both teams did a fantastic hardworking job in tonight's game.
