TKU Eagles V. MHC Rattlers Women's Basketball

On February 10, King's University Eagles women's basketball took on Medicine Hat Rattlers at The King's University Gym. 

With high anticipation, the Eagles and Rattlers were ready to go head-to-head at 1 o'clock. 

In the first period, there was great defense from both teams. Eagles had fantastic rebounds. Eagles 13 Megan Aleman made many great layups, 19 Aneilia Ayotte had great offense, 18 Ryan Queelley made many great layups as well as 3 Jamie Bunting. The Rattlers made many great passes. Ratlers 8 Breanna O'Conner made many great layups and 9 Jaida Gold had fantastic drive. Eagles won the period 23-8.

In the second period, again great defense from both teams. Eagles had great rebounds and passes. Eagles 3 Jamie Bunting had great layups, 19 Aneilia Ayotte had great offensive drive, and 18 Ryan Queeley made many great shots. The Rattlers had many great passes and blocks. Rattlers 5 Bryanna Jones made a fantastic three-pointer and 3 Alei Kuthping made many great layups. The Eagles won the period 45-27.

In the third period, amazing defense from both teams. The Rattlers had great passes. Rattlers 8 Breenna O'Conner had great drive and 9 Jaida Gold also had great offensive drive. Eagles 14 Kayla Soetaert, 22 Tori Day, 15 Jordana Rivet, and 3 Jamie Bunting all had fantastic shots. Eagles won the period 62-37.

In the fourth period, the Rattlers had fantastic defense, blocks, and passes. Rattlers 9 Jaida Gold had great drive and a fantastic three-pointer. Eagles 12 Alyssa Yorke, 15 Jordanna Rivet, and 3 Jamie Bunting all made great shots. Eagles won the period and the game 76-42.

With high liveliness in the gym's atmosphere, both teams did a fantastic hardworking job in tonight's game.
