On November 18, 2023, the Medicine Hat Rattlers hosted the Augustana Vikings in the snake pit.
The Vikings came out fast and ended the first quarter up 23-11. In the second quarter, the Vikings did not show any signs of slowing down and ended the quarter 44-23. The 3rd quarter went exactly how it had been going, and ended with the Vikings being at the advantage, 63-34. The Rattlers tried to find a groove in the last quarter, they scored more points than the Vikings 13-11, but in the end came up short. The final score of the game was 74-47, in favor of Augustana.
The Rattlers were led in the points department by #8 Breanna O'Connor, putting up 12 of their 47 points, #4 Abrielle Watson went 2 for 7 from the three-point line, and #7 Jordyn Knight of the Rattlers made 4 assists.
On the Vikings side of the court, #14 Mackenzie Mrazik put up a game-high 22 points for her team, #4 Tayah Fiveland went 7 for 9 from the floor, and #23 Sabine Gross picked up 6 rebounds for the Vikings.
