Huskies Outlast Lions in Intense Showdown

In a thrilling matchup between the Keyano Huskies and the Ambrose Lions, the game opened with a close first quarter. The Keyano College team began steadily, scoring 7 points, while Ambrose University took a slight lead with 11 points, showing early signs of a competitive clash.

As the game progressed into the second quarter, Keyano College shifted gears, and started to come close to the lions. #21 - Marijana Besic had a great second quarter with contributing 13 points helping Keyano surge ahead with an impressive 20 points, overtaking the Lions who maintained their solid performance, accumulating 24 points by halftime.

The third quarter saw Keyano College extending their lead, showcasing an exceptional offensive display with 24 points, while Ambrose University faced a challenging period, scoring 12 points. This shift significantly altered the dynamics of the game, setting the stage for an intense final quarter.

In the last stretch of the game, both teams fought hard, but Keyano College maintained their advantage, adding 17 more points to their tally. Ambrose University attempted a comeback, scoring 12 points in the final quarter, but it wasn't enough to overturn Keyano's lead.

The Final score was 68 for the Huskies and 59 for Ambrose. 22 - Kaylynn Tucker had an impressive game putting up 27 and 21 - Marijana Besic had a double double with 19 points and 12 rebounds. #9 Nya Gach had 10 rebounds for the lions and Marin Barkey had 7 points, and 5 rebounds and was an exceptional play maker with 5 assists.
