Olds College (3) At Medicine Hat College (2) November 25, 2023

For the second day in a row, the Olds College Broncos played the Medicine Hat College Rattlers, and for the second day in a row, the match went five sets.  The Olds Broncos got the upper hand over the Rattlers, winning set one 25-16.

The Rattlers fought back in set two, taking it 25-21.

Nathan Chernik, Sawyer Krebs, and Jordan McKee tailed three kills in the middle set for the home team.  Aidyn Phillps of Olds College put up an impressive three kills in that middle set. The Rattlers were able to capture the third set 25-22.  

It was a solo affair for Reed Grusing during the fourth set as he had four solo stuff blocks for the Broncos. Nathan Chernik totalled three solo stuff blocks for the Rattlers In the fourth set for the home team. The Broncos forced a fifth set with a score of 25-17.

The fifth set ended with a score of 15-10 for the Broncos as they took the match in five. 

The ACAC Players of the game were Aidyn Phillips from the Broncos and Landon Reiniger from the Rattlers.
