In the thrilling home opener volleyball match, the Lethbridge College Kodiaks clashed with the Ambrose Lions in a men's matchup. The fans in the gym were the best and loudest fans which made the atmosphere electric. The Lethbridge College Kodiaks asserted their dominance, securing a commanding victory with a clean sweep of 3 sets to nothing. Both teams had a very impressive performance for their season openers. The Lions fought admirably but unfortunately came up a little short. 

Some notable performances were #14 Nolan Moes who had 13 kills for the game and for the lions it was #15 Nikita Marchenkov

The final was 3-0 for the Kodiaks. The lions take on Red Deer next friday in the lions Gym. The lions start their season 0-1
