Men's Volleyball Huskies sweep away Eagles in season opener

The Keyano Huskies Men's Volleyball team picked up Friday night where they left off in March 2023, scoring a straight-sets win (25-17, 25-22, 26-24) against a North Division rival from Edmonton in a straight-sets sweep of The King's University Eagles.

After charging ahead in the first set, the Huskies faced narrow victories in the second and third sets, finding a way to outlast their opponents and string together points at crucial times to secure the set win. 

The two sides are scheduled for a 3:00 p.m. tip-off in a rematch at the Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre Saturday afternoon.
