The Lakeland Rustlers take on the Grande Prairie College Wolves this afternoon at Lakeland College in Lloydminster, Alberta at 3pm. The Rustlers and Wolves go back and forth in the opening match with big rays by both Cameron Jones and Mason Short off the Rustlers with answers back from Lane Matthews and Josh Dumont off the Wolves. However, the Rustlers took control and took the set 28-26. The Rustlers took the second set after 3 huge blocks by Brady Cole and aces from both Quentin Rehmann and Gabriel Bjorkas. The Wolves had a few big plays as well from both Josh Dumont and Thomas Wheeler but fell short 25-20. Entering the third set, the Wolves took the lead early but the Rustlers managed to rally back. Justice Bigstone lead the Wolves with massive serves to take a few points for the Wolves. However Jake Willick led the Rustlers to make a few sneaky plays to tie up the score. The Rustlers took the third set 25-22. The players of the game were #11 Brady Cole off the Rustlers #10 Josh Dumont off the Wolves.
