The Eagles win their final home game in a tense match against the Wolves. They win with a score of 3:0 on October 21st. With this victory the King's Eagles are standing at 8-2-1 and the Wolves are standing at 0-11. 

The first half of the game was an even match. The Eagles made many offensive plays -- with #17 Dorian Jacobs and #15 Noah Bilodeau using offensive opportunities to take shots at the net -- but the Wolves' goalie Evab Doerksen saved all shot attempts. Throughout the first half, the Eagles applied a lot of pressure, but the Wolves played a strong defensive game. The first half ended with a score of 0:0. 

The Eagles took the lead during the second half of the game. Shortly after subbing in, #11 Razak Mugarwa scored the Eagles' first goal (which was assisted by #15 Noah Bilodeau). This goal put pressure on the Wolves, as now the score was 1:0. The Wolves tried to score goals, but Eagles goalie Scott Hornbeck guarded the net with vigot. The Eagles' star player of the game #14 Marcel Faude closed off the game by scoring two back-to-back goals, both of which were assisted by #8 Pablo Lugo. This secured a 3:0 win for the Eagles.

Despite their best efforts the Wolves were not able to score any goals. To their credit, the Wolves consistently applied pressure on the Eagles, and their goalie Evan Doerksen saved an impressive 16 shot attempts.

The Eagles' next game will be tomorrow (Oct. 22) against NAIT in St. Albert. They currently hold a record of 8 wins, 2 ties, and 1 loss.
