Bartha nets two as Men's Soccer Huskies top Thunder

James Bartha scored twice for the home Keyano College Huskies as they picked up a 3-1 win Saturday afternoon at home against the visiting Concordia Thunder. 

Bartha's goals featured in the sixth and 76th minutes of Saturday's contest while William Ly sailed a free kick into the Thunder's net in the 56th minute. 

The Thunder had closed the gap from 2-0 to 2-1 in the 75th minute on a goal by Julian Muguia-Scott, but quickly conceded against to allow the Huskies to restore the two-goal lead. 

McMurrayite Corbin Cyprien earned the victory, his third of the season and the ninth of his Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) career. 

Earning Player of the Game honours were Dino Hronopoulos of the Huskies and Luke Drapala of the Thunder.

The two sides will face each other in a rematch Sunday afternoon at Shell Place.
