As the clock struck 10:00 a.m., the tension was palpable, with both teams hungry for victory. The Rattlers' goalkeeper showcased his mettle with a remarkable save, denying the Lions an early lead. However, at 18:46, it was the Rattlers who drew first blood, unleashing a precise strike into the net.

Despite the Lions' relentless efforts, including a spectacular individual display that nearly turned the tide, they struggled to find the finishing touch. With just 1:48 remaining in the first half, the Rattlers seized another opportunity, extending their lead with clinical precision.

The second half saw a dramatic turn of events as the Rattlers' goalkeeper suffered a leg injury, prompting an unexpected substitution. Despite the setback, the Rattlers pressed on, narrowly missing the mark with a shot that rattled the post at the 23:00 mark. However, their perseverance paid off at 8:16, as they found the back of the net once again.

With the Lions' goalkeeper leaving the crease to become an extra attacker, in a bold move reminiscent of their previous game, the tension soared. Yet, despite their valiant efforts, including a late penalty kick conversion, the Lions fell short. In a fitting finale, with the Lions' goalkeeper out of position, the Rattlers capitalized, securing their victory in a thrilling contest.
