Lakeland Rustlers take on the Portage Voyageurs

LAC LA BICHE – Led by Hani Tekheste's 2 goals, the Lakeland Rustlers defeated the Portage College Voyageurs 4-2 at the first of two ACAC Futsal North Regionals at the Bold Center Saturday January 20. Nathan Tran and Ethan Stroud also scored for the Rustlers while Victor Lourenco and Dominic Douglas responded for the Voyageurs. Team records will carry forward to the next regional tournament, to be held at the Bold Center February 2-4. The top three teams from the two regional tournaments will qualify for the ACAC Championships March 8-10 in Lac La Biche.
