The Briercrest Clippers were able to sweep the weekend with a four to two victory against the Augustana Vikings thanks to today's impressive power play. The Vikings scored early in the first, but the Clippers made sure to tie it up on a major penalty. Going into the third down two to one, the Clippers made sure to keep the pressure up and would eventually tie and take the lead during and shortly after the power play. Briercrest takes the series three wins to one and holds on to being the top team in the league.
