SAIT cruises past Augustana

Akoi Yuot scored 19 points while the SAIT Trojans secured a 103-64 win over the Augustana Vikings Saturday at the U of C. 

The Trojans were up 31-11 at the end of the first quarter and got 55 points from their bench as they improve to 17-4 on the season. SAIT was able to reach deep into its reserves as backup Will Tong contributed 16 points and Tutu Akol mixed in nine rebounds and eight points off the bench. For the 7-13 Vikings, Cooper Nelson had 10 points and Marc Parma added eight. SAIT has already clinched a playoff berth thanks in part to Yuot's play this season. He had eight rebounds and three assists to complement his scoring touch.
