In a Saturday night matchup, The Medicine Hat College Rattlers hosted the NAIT Ooks in the Snake Pit.
In the first 10 minutes, the Ooks came out quick andbuilt an early lead, ending the quarter up 25-18. The Rattlers came back in the second quarter and only found themselves trailing by four 42-38 going in to the half. Coming out of the half, the game was back and forth, the score after 30 minutes was 61-58 for the Ooks. The Rattlers found a groove and tied the game up with no remaining time in regulation 70-70 forcing the game in to overtime. The score stayed tight throughout overtime, and NAIT won the game with a free throw at the buzzer.
