Northwestern Polytechnic Wolves Basketball host the Concordia University of Edmonton Thunder

This afternoon's matchup starts off with CUE leading the scoreboard 9-8. #2 Nate Maxwell goes to the line and gets 2 for CUE. #20 Manny Iloka goes to the line and connects on the first. Chris Liwanag #8 connects for 3 as the Wolves take the lead 20-18. The 1^st quarter action ends as the Thunder lead 22 to the Wolves 20. 

The Wolves lead the 2^nd quarter 33-28. #5 John Sasi with a 3 for the Wolves. The Thunder call a timeout. Out of the timeout, #12 Milton Lendein of CUE connects for 2. Manny Iloka, #20 goes 2 for 2. Wolves call a timeout. #7 Yaadvir Dhaliwal connects 1 of 2. Concordia Thunder ties up the game 40-40. The first half concludes with the Wolves leading 41-40 in a close contest. 

Tony Kibonge scores first in the 3^rd quarter for the Wolves. #8 Mirza Todorovac draws a foul, counts the bucket an gets 1. The game stays close as both teams sit at 47. #7 Yaadvir Dhaliwal connects from deep for 3. With the 3^rd quarter complete the Concordia Thunder leas the Wolves 57-53. 

The final quarter commences with the Wolves and Thunder fighting to establish a good lead. The CUE Thunder call a timeout. The Thunder continue to lead the game. 

At the conclusion of the game, the CUE Thunder take the win 75-73.
