The game gets underway as the STMU #4 Pelumni Ajayi claims the first two points. #8 Chris Liwanag puts the Wolves on the board with two. Wolves #11 Terrance Lennox gets the steal and goes down the court for two. Immediately drawing the foul Lennox #11 goes two for two to tie the game 13-13. STMU #3 with the steak ad a three. The first quarter completes with the STMU Lightning leading the NWP Wolves 23-16. 

#7 Brock Dewsbery starts off the 2nd quarter with a steal and makes the layup. #3 Tony Kibonge hits a deep three, bringing the score to 28-21 STMU, Wolves call a timeout. #7 Daniel Zandbergen draws a foul and heads to the line for two, making one and bringing the score to 35-24 for STMU. #2 Kevin Hammer answers back with a three. #10 Johnpaul Okodua goes two for two at the three point line, increasing STMU's lead to 43-28. #7 Brock Dewsbery draws a foul while making the basket, Wolves call a timeout with the score 48-28 for STMU. #13 Brandon Gillis comes out of the timeout hitting a three for the Wolves. Gillis hits another three to end the first half with a score of 51-33 in favor of STMU. 

#20 Manny Iloka starts off the 2nd half for the Wolves with two, and quickly resets to hit another three. #7 Brock Dewsbery answers back for STMU, the score 55-39. #11 Terrance Lennox draws a foul, making the basket. #7 Daniel Zandbergen knocks down a three, bringing the score to 55-44 for STMU. #3 Caleb Jipp hits a three, but #5 John Sasi quickly answers back for the Wolves with a three. #4 Shak Nasim with a nice pass to #20 Manny Iloka who makes the basket, bringing the score to 65-53. STMU #3 Caleb Jipp draws a foul and heads to the line for two, making both. We end the third quarter with a score of 67-53 for STMU.

#3 Caleb Jipp starts off the fourth quarter for STMU by drawing a foul and heading to the line for another two, making both. #5 Angelo Santiago hits a three, increasing STMU's lead 74-57, Wolves call a timeout. #4 Shak Nasim connects on a three, but #11 Johnpaul Okodua quickly answers back with two. #7 Brock Dewsbery drives to the basket, drawing a foul and making the shot, STMU leads 80-60. #11 Terrance Lennox fights through STMU's defense to make the basket. #8 Chris Liwanag gets a steal, making the basket and bringing the score to 84-72, STMU calls a timeout. #12 Riley Follensbee draws a foul after the timeout and heads to the line for two as the Wolves are now in bonus. #20 Manny iloka with a huge block, the score 86-77 for STMU with 2:09 left in the quarter. #5 Angelo Santiago heads to the line for two, makes both, Wolves call a timeout with 1:47 left in the game. 

Tough battle at the end, STMU takes the win 93-77.
