The Kings University Eagles go head to head with the Lakeland College Rustlers

On October 27 The Kings University Eagles Men's basketball take on the Lakeland College Rustlers during the home opener.

The Eagles start the game off strong taking a 6-0 lead in the start of the first quarter. As the Eagles continue to take on the Rustlers the intensity of the can't thickens as the scores go back and forth.

In the 2nd quarter the Rustlers up their offence and take the lead leaving the Eagles only a few point behind. As we near the end of the quarter the Eagles are looking to get ahead to start the 3rd quarter on top. Unable to catch up before the buzzer they leave the score at half 35-47.

After half the Eagles stepped on the court with determination taking them closer to a win, TKU successfully take a hold of the game concluding the 3rd quarter with the score of 65-63.

In the 4th the Rustlers come in strong challenging the Eagles, unable to hold the score the game concludes with Rustlers taking the win with a score of 77-85.

The Eagles are headed off to the Rustlers home gym to fight for a win on Saturday.
