South Golf Regional - Day Two

Medicine Hat, AB - Day two of the ACAC Golf South Regional started how it finished on day one with the wind being a major issue for the competitors to deal with. Michael Valk (MHC) managed to conquer the wind and shot a +2 round for a tournament best +1 overall. SAIT rounded out the rest of the podium with Regan Colberg shooting a second round +5 for an overall score of +4 and Jadan Patel shooting a second round +3 for an overall score of +7.

On the team side, SAIT came away in the top spot with an overall score of +51 with Concordia posting a second place score of +68. The top three was capped off with MHC coming in 3rd with a score of +87. 

On the women's side Ella Gifford (CUE) went back-to-back weekends as the top golfer shooting a +11 second round for a total score of +21. Kristine Dixon (SAIT) came away with second place shooting a second round +15 for a final score of +31. Rounding out the top three was Libby Bourassa (MHC) came away with a second round +15 for a regional event +34.

In the team event, Concordia came away with the win posting a +65. SAIT & Medicine Hat came in tied for second with team scores of +80.
