ACAC Curling Championships - Day 2 Recap

Airdrie, AB (February 24^th, 2024) - Day 2 of competition saw the finalization of round-robin play, with the teams ending with the following rankings:

Men:

1. CUE (2-1)
2. NAIT (2-1)
3. RDP (1-2)
4. LAKE (1-2)

Women:

1. CUE (3-0)
2. SAIT (2-1)
3. UAA (1-2)
4. RDP (0-3)

Mixed:

1. LAKE (3-1)
2. RDP (2-1)
3. SAIT (1-2)
4. NAIT (0-3)

Teams then went into the 1^st round of the page playoff format with 1 vs. 2 & 3 vs. 4 in each category. The winner of the 1 vs. 2 game in each category was then sent straight to the gold medal game: CUE for men, SAIT for women and RDP for mixed. After some long-fought games, teams left the rink for well-deserved rest before the final day of competition.
