Cecilia Wolski, in her fifth and final year, alongside her doubles partner Abigail, demonstrated exceptional skill and determination throughout the tournament.

Together, they dominated the round-robin stage with a flawless 5-0 record, laying the foundation for a successful playoff campaign.

In the finals, Cecilia and Abigail faced a tough challenge against their opponents from George Brown. Trailing 12-16, they showcased remarkable resilience, rallying to secure a thrilling 23-21 victory in the second game after winning the first 21-18. This victory marked a significant milestone for Cecilia and Abigail, fulfilling their long-held dream of clinching the national title.

After finishing as runners-up in their previous two trips to nationals, this triumph was particularly gratifying for Cecilia, underscoring her dedication and talent on the badminton court.
