Kodiaks looked to bounce back after being swept by SAIT as they faced off against Briercrest Clippers

 

The Clippers and Kodiaks were constantly exchanging leads as the set went on, but Briercrest was more dominant in that department as they were leading for most of the set. The Kodiaks attempted to make a comeback in the set but were unsuccessful as the Kodiaks fell 25-17 in the 1st set.

 

Briercrest continued to showcase their skill as they held the lead throughout the set once again as the Kodiaks struggled to find a way to keep up with the Clippers as the Kodiaks fell short to the Clippers once again by a score of 25-18 giving Briercrest the 2 sets to 0 lead in the match.

 

Briercrest dominated the 3rd set as they would not let their foot off the throttle as they continued to run up the scoreboard leaving the Kodiaks in the dust. The Clippers showcased their striking power as they shut out the Kodiaks taking the game in 3 sets and by a score of 25-14 in the 3rd set for the Clippers.
