Lakeland Vs. Concordia

The Rustlers finish their weekend 2-0 this weekend after their first home game at Lakeland College tonight. The Rustlers came swinging after not playing for almost two years due to the pandemic. The Thunder gained momentum in the first set with good answers and strong plays. However, the Rustlers pushed back with good offensive sets to cut through the lead finishing set 1, 25-15. The Thunder competed well in te second set and put up many points on returns. The Rustlers answered back and finished the second set of the game, 25-17. The Rustlers came out with confidence in the final set of the game and answered back at Concordia's attempt to put an end to the Lakeland Rustler's run. Finishing the final set of the game 25-18. The players of the game were #7 Mackenzie Yole from the Lakeland Rustlers and #7 Shae Mcdonald from the Concordia University Thunder.
