EDMONTON, ALTA. - The NAIT Ooks women's volleyball team fell in straight sets to the Lakeland Rustlers (25-18, 25-10, 25-22) on Saturday night in the NAIT Gymnasium. 

For the second straight night, the NAIT Ooks were unable to solve the Lakeland Rustlers. It was all Rustlers early as they would take the first set 25-18 and the second set 25-10. The third set the Ooks found their stride tightening up the match, but would ultimately drop the third and final set 25-22 in the 3-0 loss. 

Ahnika Kuse led the attack for the Rustlers with 11 points while Rae Sigurdson added 26 assists. NAIT had a balanced attack as Julia Donnelly, Kaleigh Fisk and Alexis Anderson all had 7 points, while Annika Jeglum added 16 assists. 

The Ooks will now play host to the GPRC Wolves next weekend, while the Lakeland Rustlers enter a bye week and then have a home and home series with the Concordia Thunder beginning November 2nd.
