Wolves Home Opener

It was an exciting Home Opener for the Wolves, as the gym was loud and busy, and the crowd was excited. Lots of great rallies back and forth kept the crowd clapping. GPRC welcomed some High School teams to the game tonight, and they showcased their serving skills between the 2nd and 3rd set.

With exciting rallies throughout the 3 sets the Wolves lost their Home Opener. They fell 3-0 (25-13, 25-20, 25-18) to the visiting Lakeland Rustlers. Lakeland is now 1-0 on the season, while the Wolves start 0-1. Ahnika Kuse led the Rustlers with ten digs and nine kills. Mckenna Wolstenholme led GPRC with twelve digs.

The Wolves will look to equal out the standings at 1PM tomorrow versus the Rustlers. Player of the Game for Lakeland was #5 Rae Sigurdson with 3 Digs, 1 Kill and 14 assits. Player of the Game for the Wolves was #12 Libero, McKenna Wolstenholme with 12 digs and 2 assits.
