Women's Soccer TKU Eagles vs KC Huskies

On October 18, the King's University Eagles Women's soccer team took on Keyano College Huskies at The King's University soccer pitch at 2:30 pm. 

In the first half, The atmosphere was calm yet tense since both teams had an equal playing field as they did a wonderful job of communicating passes, offense, and defense. Great saves from both goalkeepers Eagles 21 Ava Cunningham and Huskies 31 Madison Tyson. Eagles 6 Lexa Steenhof worked the field with fantastic footwork and offense and Huskies 4 Harleen Singh had fantastic offense and defensive skills. A fantastic hard kicking goal was made by Eagles 17 Jayna Epsie-Sanderson with the assist from 12 Zoe Gerein. 

In the second half, again both teams worked extremely hard on passes, offense, and defense. Also, both goalkeepers Eagles 21 Ava Cunningham and Huskies 31 Madison Tyson made many amazing saves throughout the half. Huskies 15 Norah Horsley had amazing offense and footwork. Eagles 20 Izzy Smith did a fantastic job of playing defense. Huskies 17 Rofyda Khaleel and an assist from 10 Natalie Orellana scored an amazing goal in the jumbled nest on the Eagles. Huskies 19 Anke Wijnbergen scored a tremendous goal from a far. 

With high liveliness in the pitch's atmosphere, both teams did a fantastic hardworking job in today's game.
