The King's University Eagles take on the visiting Lakeland Rustlers

The King's University eagles hosted the visiting Lakeland Rustlers on October 22. at the GLC field.

The first half displayed gret defensive effort from both teams, with neither team conceeding many chances. The King's University Eagles were able to break the deadlock in the 37th minute when #7 Aimee Tiemstra soced of the cross from her teamate #5 Michaella Freiha. The Eagles when into halftime leading by the score of 1:0.

The Lakeland Rustlers equalized early in the second half off of a penalty convberted by7 #19 Kayla Franks. Both teams pusheds for the win in the second half. The Eagles failed to convert a penalty in the scond half. The Rustlers would take the lead in the 90th minute after a Rusters corner in which #6 Mia Agioritis was able to score after a scramble in the box.

Final score 2:1 for the Lakeland Rusters
