Rattlers fall 7-0 to the Red Deer Queens

The Medicine Hat College Rattlers played host to the visiting Red Deer Polytechnic Queens for the final home game of the 2022 ACAC season.  The Rattlers played hard but Red Deer was just too much as they scored early and often.  Grace Smith, in the 8th minute, Corbynn Fukimoto, in the 14th minute and Sein Furuyama, in the 16th minute, helped the visitors to a 3-0 lead at half.  Two goals from Alisha Coules, one from Sofia Quinteras and a second from Furuyama made it 7-0 for the Queens at games end.  The Queens moved to 10-1-0 on the season while the young Rattlers fell to 1-9-1.  The ACAC Players of the Game were #16 Jenica Swart from Red Deer and #17 Maisa Rebello from the Rattlers.  Each team will close out their regular season next weekend.
